Resto Puerto Cristal
Since 1995 in Puerto Madero
In 1995, when Puerto Madero was a series of abandoned Docks, two Immigrants opened a restaurant that today is an icon of the most active gastronomic center in downtown Buenos Aires.
Puerto Cristal mutated as the area evolved into what it is today. It started with a very simple proposal in keeping with the 90s: pizza and snacks. The local public, Buenos Aires residents curious to get to know this new district of Buenos Aires, marveled at the possibility of having aperitifs outdoors, in front of the river, with few people around. With the boom in Puerto Madero, the opening of new restaurants and a public that became mostly tourists, especially after 2002, the proposal of Puerto Cristal changed, both in its gastronomy and its aesthetics. Today it is a Restaurant with 300 covers and 50 employees, all willing to provide accurate customer service, generating an environment of comfort and relaxation. It has a lunch menu (starter, main course and dessert), as well as personalized menus for groups.
