Uruguay Colonia
We leave the hotel towards the port of Buenos Aires. to sail across the Rio de la Plata and arrive in Colonia (Tkt included).
The Sightseeing Bus has a hop-on/hof-off system and the whole circuit can be made in 1 hour. There’s an on-board local guide that narrates the story of the city and provides useful information. The 7th stop is the Bullfighting Ring which opens Thursday to Monday and you must present your voucher to enter.
The Walking Tour starts at the 1st stop and ends at the Basílica del Santísimo Sacramento. It’s 1 hour long and goes over the most important spots at the historic centre, it’s history spanning from Colonial times. The city’s colonial Spanish and Portuguese combination earned it recongition as World Heritage by UNESCO.
Between 11:30 and 14 PM you must head to your assigned restaurant for lunch (entrèe, main course and dessert, beverages not included).

Informative Schedule

07.00am At this time, wait in the lobby of the hotel or designated meeting point with the tickets, passports or identity document which you presented when entering Argentina and your tour vouchers, for your transfer to the boarding site of the Buquebus company. Upon arrival, go personally to the boarding counters to check in and get on board to Colonia.
08.30am Departure time from Buenos Aires – Colonia (1 hour of navigation). (tkt included BUE-CYR-BUE)
09.30am Arrival at Colonia (the schedule may be modified according to changes in international schedules). Once we get off the ship, go to the “Buquebus DAY TOUR COLONIA” counter, located just past Customs, where you will be given a map. contacted to board your assigned sightseeing bus and take the panoramic bus tour (estimated duration 50 minutes). The Walking Tour begins at the 1st stop and we suggest doing it first before completing the circuit, so you will have more free time available later. After the walking and sightseeing tours you can go to your assigned restaurant for lunch (with the vouchers already in possession). Includes: Entrèe, Main Course and Dessert (Drinks not included). After lunch you will have some free time to explore, walk and enjoy this colonial city, as well as the coast of the River. You must be at the port for your return boat 2 hours before its scheduled departure time, in order to carry out the procedures and boarding to Buenos Aires. This procedure is done without a tour guide,
05.01pm Departure time from Colonia – Buenos Aires (1 hour of navigation). (tkt included BUE-CYR-BUE)
06.01pm Arrival in Buenos Aires and return transfer to the hotel. After leaving immigration, you will find a person holding a sign with your full name. Our driver will transfer you to your hotel.
